I received an email from Airbnb payments UK Ltd. Yes its a genuine email titled 'we're reviewing your account details'. Then in message it states 'You added new account details' and Airbnb is reviewing the account.
I have not added new account details and have checked my details - its still the same bank account.
So what is Airbnb doing ? Then 2nd email came from Airbnb stating my payouts are longer paused - Really !!!
@Simmy-And-Maurice0 The poor luvs at Airbnb often seem to get confused I am afraid. The trust and safety team contacted me for more information about a problem guest recently and yet we have never had a problem guest let alone one of the name they referred to. Even when I explained this to them they still continued their investigation!
Provided you have full control your account and the payment details haven't changed you should OK but it would be worth changing your password.
