I received a code from Airbnb for a discount on eero products as a reward for being a Super Host. While that was great the coupon code in invalid. I called Airbnb and spent 30 minutes while they tried to get a fix. They referred me to eero and after 20 minutes that person said the code is invalid and they would email me. I got no email so I called again today and they (eero) said they needed to get technical leadership involved and I would hear in a day.
For an organization that relies on good customer service (us hosts provided good service to our combined guests..) this poor care of checking on what I would assume is a widely distributed code is not ok.
