Super host travel coupon

How do I get my hands on these elusive coupons, I’ve been a super host since October 2020 and nothing??  Yours hopefully x

This is not Airbnb itself, but the community, so we can not provide you the desired coupon....

Did you receive a message from Airbnb you earned the coupon ?

Then it should be in the payment section of your account.

@Emiel1 hi there, I realised where I posted it but thought someone on here would know when coupons awarded.  No message and no coupon even though I’ve been SH a while?

thats a good question.  I just messaged Airbnb to ask the same question.

@Dora486 You only get the coupon if you achieved all the superhost criteria rather than the reduced number allowable to get the status during covid. On this basis did you qualify for the coupon?

mystery solved, support say it was because of reduced criteria during 2020.  Thank you x
