What if Air BNB provided Hosts the oppourtunity to evaluate the platform's performance quarterly in a review survey?
Wouldn't this be a practical way to keep the finger on the pulse of how the hosts' experience is developing/unfolding/changing and be a truer reflection of how stable the Host-Platform parternship is?
If such a process was implemented, what aspects and content should be evaluated? Thoughts?
