@Sarah977@Ron7619 we have had 3 or 4 recent cancellations for covid travel related issues and our cancellation rate remains at zero. Ron has said he cancelled a reservation so that could easily be a 4% cancellation rate.
@Mike-And-Jane0 Yes, I understand that. What doesn't make sense is that if the normal penalties for a host cancellation had been applied, then "Host cancelled this booking" would appear on his review page, which it doesn't.
