Superhost status

I  have been frustrated and upset by the following way that Airbnb qualifies what you need to be a Superhost.  I have earned this status for the majority of my t (since 2015) on this platform and have worked and will continue to work very hard to provide the very best for my guests in all areas.

My issue is that you have to meet the 3 bookings over 100 days with all the high markers which is fine but if you happen to have 1 guest that stays for multiple months during one of the quarters for assessment, you loose your status!  This has always seemed wrong to me as I believe it's a compliment that guests wish to stay for long periods of time in my apt but Airbnb penalized me for this - does anyone else feel the same way?  I would love for Airbnb to address this issue on one of their Q & A's.

Now with COVID 19,  they are encouraging us to draw in these longer stays from locals in order to continue our income revenue.  If we're fortunate enough to get this business, will this once again affect our status?

I look forward to hearing from others.....  many thanks.

@Sharon1080 No need to get one's panties in a wad here; they've suspended this requirement for the next SH assessment.  https://www.airbnb.com/resources/hosting-homes/a/answers-for-superhosts-about-the-coronavirus-160
