But if you're a guest and you've just arrived, before you do anything else (certainly don't start unpacking), pull the listing up and verify precisely what is different from advertised - specifically, which amenities and features are included in the listing text but are not there. If you're certain that you're in the wrong place, and not just that it looks a little different from the photos, contact your host to ask if there's been a mistake, and how they can remedy the situation.
If you're unable to reach a resolution with your host, and you want to leave and stay elsewhere, you can initiate the arduous process of dealing with customer support. Take photos for documentation, should you choose to pursue any kind of refund.
