I have noticed this as well - and the ratings have gone down for thoughtfulness, sparkling clean , etc. (even though I have 5 star ratings. ). can anyone explain this?
It would have been helpful to host if Airbnb have let everyone know. Are used to get them all the time, but then it stopped. I thought I was doing something wrong!
I even phoned Airbnb and they said nothing had changed, they weren't particularly helpful either.
@Julie3531 It does not surprise me that Customer Support do not know what changes the programmers make to theAirbnb system. Airbnb must be the only company in the world that thinks it is a good idea to keep Customer Support clueless.
