Trip/Itinerary not showing up
Hi there
I recently signed up for the first time to AirBnB.
I booked an experience, paid for it and received an email receipt from AirBnB. The email receipt includes a link to the itinerary. If I click it it tells me that I don't have permission to access it.
If I go to my trips then it's completely blank.
I know the host--she said that she sent me a message on AirBnB because she can see the reservation on her side. I'm not receiving that either.
Tried the website and the app. My profile indicates that my identity has been verified.
Oh, and I can confirm that the payment has come off my bank account.
So it seems like everything is booked and in place, I just cant see any of it at all on my side.
Any idea what's going on?

This failure is typical when you do not use the same account as the one wich made the reservation and/or you are not logged in and/or there is a pending verification running on your account.
