Two new additions to the Community Center Team!

Hi everyone,

I'm delighted to share that the Community Center team has grown 2/3's bigger. Myself, @Lizzie  and @Quincy are elated to introduce @Nick  and @Liv to the English speaking CC team!

As the previous last new addition over a year ago, I'm passing the torch and am super excited to bring in some new blood with fresh ideas to support our fantastic hosting community. I'll let them both introduce themselves below!

@Nick   Now...answering you.. I spent most of the time in Athens, great city, nice food! I have been also to Piraeus to take a ferry to Aegina , beautiful small Island as certainly you know it.

If some day I visit Greece again ( I hope so), I  will certainly visit Athens again, visit Meteora for the first time and visit Santorini(Aegean Sea) for the first time as well.

It is already a pleasure to have you and  Liv as one of our CMs ! 🙂

Thank you so much for the warm welcome and your kind words. Is great to be here. The community is vibrant (even in these difficult times) and everyone is friendly. I'm glad you had a good time in Greece, and I do hope you'll get to visit again. I can certainly give you tips for places to go and where to have great food. I have to say, ever since I move to the UK food is what I missed the most (ok, friends and family too). Thanks again for the warm welcome and don't hesitate to message me if you need anything in the future.

@Liv @Nick @Stephanie   So delighted to welcome you both Liv and Nick to one of my favorite places to be part of - the Community Center. Thanks for your intros and getting to know a little about you. Of course, so many of us are animal lovers and I'm holding one of my boys (Bentley) right now and trying my best to manage this message without disturbing him - Bentley and Eddie allow David (my husband) and I to live here and we are very grateful for that. ha 😂 

I think one of the best parts of this new life for us all is that through zoom and social media we are getting to know others on a completely different level - like never before and I do hope never again. 

The fact that something has an impact on ALL of us at the same time together  is pretty bizarre and probably such a rare happening I hope we will continue to join each other and learn new and good things even in the midst of uncertainties, chaos and crazy times. 

Wishing you both all the best and fun on CC.....big greetings for sunny Florida, Pensacola - when the world opens up again for awesome travel.....COME Visit us! You will love it.

Thank you for the warm welcome. It was lovely to e-meet you on Friday in our meet up. I think you are absolutely right about getting to know others. It was great connecting from so many different places around the world. All of you made us feel welcome and we'll get to open more in the next ones. I wanted to thank you for sharing your story with your friend, it was moving and it was very precious to see the memento you had with her (loved the camels too!).
Make no mistake, visiting is definitely on the list!
