Thanks, @Ann72 ! I was shocked myself. Mainly because in my 7 years of hosting I have never had a smartphone (currently I don't even have a cell phone.) So, luckily, 5-star communication does not mean instant communication.

Congrats @Clara116!

That's a great thing to point out, @Emilia42!  Congratulations again - you deserve it and you earned it!

@Emilia42 As a self confessed technophobe and Luddite even I can't survive without a smartphone. Although I suspect I only use 10% of its capability. Anyway hats off to you for proving you don't even need a mobile phone!

@Ann72 thank you for letting us know about @Clara116  and @Emilia42 for being on the Airbnb most hospitable list in USA states.

As @Clara116 said we miss you on CC Forum zoom events.

Congratulations to you both @Emilia42  and @Clara116

Thank you @Laurelle3!  I haven’t been invited to one for a long time but would love to come and see you all again soon.

@Ann72 we will let you know when the next one is and @Quincy too. It comes as a post. It is always at 11pm in Aus late for me but I hang out to catch up on the otherside of the world.

Thank you, @Laurelle3, I'd like to be there!

@Helen3 I first clicked on a CC forum invite which was advertised on the forum page about 2 years ago by Stehanie.

First I was an observer seeing who or what it was about being eager to find out more about Airbnb. My interpretation is is mostly a social meet up and what is happening in or area around their Airbnb.

A common topic might arise from topics being mentiond on the forum and discussed. Sometimes a voice can take over like all meetings. Everthing is light hearted with some laughter and sometimes how do we fix a possible problem (trying to right the world).

To me I have met Quincy, Stephanie, Jenny and even Bhumika last month. They do keep us controlled but I have found that they are humans behind a face picture and join in with the fun and laughter.

Meeting other host in a zoom meeting from around the world sharing that their thoughts are similar to mine makes me feel it is a great place to be an Airbnb host.

@Helen3 and @Ann72  I have sent @Quincy a message. I hope I don't have foot in mouth syndrome.

Thanks how  did you get invited to future events ? Seems a bit like a secret club where only those in the know get access 🤣🤣🤣 @Laurelle3

@Helen3 there has been no future date set yet. I am sure there will be an invite for hosts to register for next zoom meeting.

I don't think it is a secret society. As I said I  first saw it on the CC forum and registered just like doing an article for Hospitality which is due out soon.
