URGENT HELP!!

Hello, I am set to travel to Croatia tomorrow morning, yet we still haven't heard anything from the host. We tried calling his number but it says that his number does not exist. Are we covered if we have been scammed????? First time going abroad for me and now im very worried. Please give me advice if you can.

Hi there @Alfie20! I would recommend that you contact Airbnb immediately to report this. Perhaps they might be able to get in touch with your Host. You can contact support via this link https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact-us

@Alfie20 did you book and pay via the Airbnb website? If so your money is protected but if the property doesn't exist you will have trouble I am afraid.
