Unable to send messages

Is anyone having trouble sending messages to guests? In the last week I keep getting “failed to send, try again.” I am never able to send it. I’ve re-installed the app, tried to clear browsing history but nothing has worked. This is so frustrating as I am unable to communicate with anyone trying to book my place. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having problems with the messaging on your app. Are you able to give me a little more detail so that I can check this out with the tech team?

 

Can you confirm what mobile device and operating system you're using (e.g. iPhone X, iOS 13.5.1)? If you could confirm if you're trying to do this via wifi or using mobile data too, that would be really helpful.

 

It could be worth trying to log in on a desktop computer if you have one, and sending the message this way. 

 

I'm sure we can get to the bottom of this for you 🙂
