I have instant book enabled and all of a sudden as of 3 days ago I’m unable to view guests’ star ratings when new guests send me inquiries or requests to book. Airbnb support told me that it’s a system-wide change because they are unable to remove false star ratings and it’s to protect guests. Anyone else has experienced it?
It’s unbelievable. There’s no accountability either. More and more I just want to take my listings to regular market. Once rental market improves this is what I’ll likely do. It’s not worth all the headache.
I have had a lot of summer bookings and also noticed that guest ratings have shown as 0 ratings and then once confirmed all of a sudden the guest has X# of 5 star ratings. Another Airbnb anomaly???
