Airbnb are refusing to allow non UK-residents to cancel their reservation in the UK despite the legal requirement for 14 days quarantine on arrival. The reason I am given? - this is not our policy. Anyone had any joy getting them to follow the law? Latest reply by Escape-To-St-Ives0
