Unbooked and paid for friends of Guests

I am experiencing booked guests having friends to join them, that are not booked and paid for during some or all of the trip.

Some guest book only for say 2 but have 10 extra people over. I know this from my snow plough company and a driveway camera.  It has so far got sorted but if there is not bedding laid out duvet covers and sheets etc the actual bedding needs to get washed and it is not hygienic. 

Causes much ill feeling

Please make sure that you add to your listing that only people in the reservation are allowed to enter and stay in the premises, due to insurance.

Please make sure that you list the extra cost of each extra person.

And do not be afraid to ask the guest about the extra people - it is your house, and Airbnb should support you - as long as you add this to your house rules.
