My co-host was unable to hold the dates for a preapproved inquiry. How do we make this work?

If we want to hold a request for certain dates for 24 hours.  How do I allow my co-host to do this.  She tried and kept getting an error.  Error You do not have permission to access this resource.  How do I give her permission to access this feature?

What she can do for now, while you figure out the system, is to block those dates until the guest is ready to book. You, will have to coordinate with the guest once they are ready to book. It’s a pain but it we tried it many times in the past.
