Unfounded damage claim

I have been asked to pay for damaged dining chairs after my exit from an Airbnb rental. Their claim is completely unfounded and I would like to know how to deny the claim.

@John6124 You just say no (with brief rebuttal). That's it. It then goes to Airbnb to decide what to do.
