$50 automatically to first person to get it removed. Additional $100 for accomplishing it in a single phone call. Super serious! Desperate for help! Cancelation can be done via whatever means necessary! Please write down my number: Airbnb will remove this post again.

@Kaylee-D-0 No one can cancel a reservation for you. Hotels evict problematic guests, regardless of whether they have a booking for another 4 days. Restaurants boot out disruptive diners regardless of whether they have already ordered, or paid for their drinks.
Airbnb isn't in charge of your home, you are. You have been advised, many times, to boot her out. If you won't listen to experienced hosts, what do can expect anyone to help you with?
and you have all been informed many times that:
- the Airbnb app does not allow me to cancel the reservation. (see screen shot)
- the police will not make her leave bc she has not harmed me
- the fact that she has an active reservation gives her a right to be in my home and so the police will not make her leave
so I guess I am unclear about what it is that you are suggesting I do? Are you implying that I physically remove her from the house and try to change the locks while she is trying to get back inside? If I do that, I’ll probably be arrested while she enjoys my house. I don’t understand which part is not making sense to everyone. So yes, AirBnB is, in fact in charge of my home right now, I am not.

please view the screen shot I posted in the reply below. If I could cancel myself I would have, sorry if that wasn’t clear. It won’t let me short the trip either -I get an error message for that one and as the screen shot I posted shows, it makes me call when I try to cancel because this a reservation that is ongoing.
I’m really taken aback by the fact that you all make it sound so easy to cancel, yet I’m being harassed, rules have been broken, my security cameras tampered with, and I’m simply uncomfortable, and honestly, being uncomfortable should be enough of a reason, and I STILL cannot cancel the reservation. Especially when I am offering a refund. Again, I will gladly pay any of you, who claim this is so simple, to cancel this reservation for me then! I’ll beg if it will help. Lol
please keep the following information in mind:

Sigh…There are none so blind as those who will not see.
Have you tried calling Airbnb? I recently had an irate guest in an apartment, people in the building were scared... I put in a resolution center email to Airbnb, you have to find the "Contact us" in resolutions and let them know how the guest is behaving that is endangering you or others and ask them to cancel the reservation asap.
It took them about 4-8 hours recently but they finally asked my guest to leave. I have written threats from the guest (he was mad because there was no A/C).
@Jen6105 The OP has already asked Airbnb to cancel the rest of the reservation and provided them with proof of the guest's violations and they are not taking any action. They told her they are looking for another place for the guest, which is a totally inappropriate response when a host tells them she feels unsafe with this person in her home.
Like I mentioned in my message, it took airbnb 4-8 hours to finally ask my guest to leave. He was sending me threats and the neighbors below said he was yelling at this wife. They had a 1 year old baby... the neighbors ended up calling the cops because they were so concerned, but the cops wouldn't kick anyone out unless the reservation was cancelled and the guests were trespassing.
Not much else you can do but wait, but if Kay can get in a message/chat session with them, at least she can keep reaching out to someone. I would send a message every half hour asking Airbnb what the status was.
@Jen6105 She's been waiting several days, I gather, for them to take action. Every 6-8 hours she said they send another unhelpful message.
Please spell it out for me. What is it that I will not see based on the following information:

@Kaylee-D-0 Everyone who has responded to you is perfectly clear that Airbnb is not being responsive to your request to cancel. You are not being treated any differently than many hosts are when trying to cancel objectionable guests. Hosts have called in saying the guest has 60 people in the house and the place is being trashed and Airbnb deals with it in the same abyssmal way.
No one has a right to make you feel unsafe in your own home. So yes, I don't know how many times you need to hear this before it sinks in- get yourself some back-up and insist that she leave NOW. Stop faffing around with Airbnb. And no, you won't be arrested for kicking anyone out of your home.
can you help @Kaylee-D-0 to evict her guest? It is urgent and CS is not helping. This is her second post already, Kaylee has a sick heart and this stressful situation is very dangerous for her health
I don't see the listing at @Kaylee-D-0 profile, has it been taken off the site, maybe that is why the reservation can't be cancelled. I've never heard of a host not being able to cancel a reservation.
