“Value” rating

Allowing guests to rate hosts on “perceived value” should be dropped or the guests should be provided with some objective data on which to base their rating. 

My PLUS  listing consistently receives “too expensive” comments despite the fact that we are priced BELOW comparable listings. 

But guests, given the option to say “I think this should cost less than it does” will frequently do so. 

Who wouldn’t say “my $100 dollar dinner would have been better value if it cost $5.00”

This rating sends the entirely wrong message to guests about the value of what they are getting.
