Weird glitch forces me to look gay?

So when someone books with me my name says "Matthew & Mark" I have no clue who mark is, unless this is some kind of bad apostle joke. But I know no matter what I name myself, it always says "... & Mark". It doesn't seem like a big issue but it really gives people the wrong impression. I seem to attract men with expectations, allot. One particular guy hit on me countless times and when he was finally leaving he said he was disappointed because he thought my house was a "bang house". He also shoved pics of deformed penises that he found online in my face without telling me what I would see. It was truly an uncomfortable experience and I just want to go back to being Matt or Matthew, not Matthew & Mark. I've reported the bug at least twice and even called cut service. I tried reinstalling the app, changing my name. Nothing seems to work. Ideas? and has anyone else experienced this?

The joke is real unfortunately. You should do that. But don't be surprised if some dude comes along and wants to fight you for me.

@Matt711 The screenshot you posted shows that it is the guests' names that have Mark added to it, not your name.

It's a weird glitch, for sure, but "forces me to look gay"?  For all a guest knows, that could indicate 2 brothers managing a place, 2 co-hosts, a man and his son, etc.

That's what I see on my end but I had no idea that's what they see too when they view my message but not when they click on the "reservation details"

Actually @Matt711 , I do recall a while back some host had the same problem with 'and Robert' attached to all his bookings..... Go search......

what this is... is, he has an authorized user on his airbnb acct. so when airbnb sends out msgs it adds both names to the msg. 

I got rid of my authorized user (roberto) and the issue went away. 

I'm gay so "looking gay" isn't a big deal but it drove me crazy trying to figure out who this robert was! 

I guess if I looked as gay as MATT does but I wasn't really gay, I'd be upset too. Sorry matt.

@Matt711  You want to know why you don't get many female guests? Because the place looks like a bachelor pad. 3 photos of the TV and the video games? A close up of your Jarhead CD? Three pieces of furniture lined up in a row along the wall across from the bed, one of which looks like a nightstand, yet no bedside table? Why wouldn't you move that piece of furniture with the lamp on it next to the bed, where it would actually serve a needed purpose? 

Also, women aren't generally down with sharing a bathroom with guys, unless it's their boyfriend or husband.

P.S. Guests aren't interested in close ups of your wall art. Lots of those on your first room listing, yet not one of the bathroom. And you might want to retake the shot of the outdoor seating area so that it faces the house. The bare dirt yard and the unplastered block wall, and no vegetation, not even some potted plants, just isn't that enticing.

Perhaps Mark has some interior design and photography talents? You really should give him more opportunity to show the place off to its full potential 😜

@Sarah977 Well I'm not giving up my master suite just to attract more females. If someone (male or female) is THAT picky then they will probably find something to complain about in the review no matter what. I will take another look at my pics and prob add another night stand. Also, my bathroom is mostly kept as clean or cleaner than any BNB that I have stayed at.

Now speaking of pictures I just took a look at your abode. Other than the fact that it reminds me a bit of a Kiln oven, it looks like a decent place that is well maintained and has some nice features. However, I had to really look to even realize that. Pics are too dark and ambiguous. It looks cramped although I'm guessing it's not. Now the kitchen is nice with the woodwork. Dark and random tiny pictures are never a good sell. Also couch pillows do not make good bed pillows. Even a simple bachelor like me knows that. It may be one of those bring your own pillow situations. But what I find shocking is what you don't have featured.

So to help me understand what the fairer sex does appreciate, do they like the following items? Because my house has all the AC and heat, TVs in almost every room, 60" Smart TV with 20+ movie channels. Broadband WIFI, Washer and dryer, hair dryers, shampoo etc, full kitchen, and of course smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
