Weird glitch forces me to look gay?

So when someone books with me my name says "Matthew & Mark" I have no clue who mark is, unless this is some kind of bad apostle joke. But I know no matter what I name myself, it always says "... & Mark". It doesn't seem like a big issue but it really gives people the wrong impression. I seem to attract men with expectations, allot. One particular guy hit on me countless times and when he was finally leaving he said he was disappointed because he thought my house was a "bang house". He also shoved pics of deformed penises that he found online in my face without telling me what I would see. It was truly an uncomfortable experience and I just want to go back to being Matt or Matthew, not Matthew & Mark. I've reported the bug at least twice and even called cut service. I tried reinstalling the app, changing my name. Nothing seems to work. Ideas? and has anyone else experienced this?

@Matt711   Do you have a screenshot of this? Nowhere on your profile or listings does the name Mark appear, so it's hard to tell what is causing the glitch you're experiencing. Have you checked all of the entries in your profile settings to make sure they're accurate?

For what it's worth, the behavior of the guest you described is not typical of what hosts who are actually gay experience. There's always the risk in a shared home that someone will get the wrong idea and make an unwanted advance, but it seems like someone who's lecherous enough to harass you with unwanted genital portraits probably would have done this no matter how your name was displayed. I hope you reported and reviewed him appropriately.

I forgot to mention, it's only in the App. It does the same thing to their names when viewed in my inbox. But they see my name the same way in their inbox but not in the "Reservation details"

That is incredibly weird.  Never seen a bug like that before. But it doesn't make you look "gay." Your own demeanor would have to be doing the heavy lifting there. 😉

True not everyone claims that but for example one of the few female guests that stayed here recently said she feels more comfortable in a house with women or gay guys. Why would she say that?

So I hear ya. Well I definitely get more guys than girls. I wondered why it turned into such a  bachelor pad. Yeah the thing is that guy that showed the d picks is the one that pointed out the mark thing. Just before he left he asked who Mark was and that he thought it was a bang house. I didn't review him because I didn't want to take any chances on seeing or hearing from him again. I'm just glad he's someone else's problem.  Well I just have always had this Karma thing about me where guy's have hit on me ALLOT but women like never that I can recall. Maybe a compliment or something but no come-ons. Seriously the score is like 0 for 2300+

@Matt711   One thing gay men and women tend to agree on:  if a guy seems a little too self-conscious about seeming gay, he's probably gay.

@Anonymous  I hear you but the thing is I just don't have those kinds of feelings for any man I've met. I just go by what is attractive to me and what is not. I'm not insecure about gayness. If I was attracted to men, I would most certainly go for it. It would be liberating except I just don't have the desire to engage in sensual contact with the male of the species. Also I wouldn't need an affirmation that it's ok to feel that way. I know it is. I don't really need to be assured of it. It's pretty simple. Do you want to be represented in a way that is disingenuous to who you are?

@Matt711  It's not actually any of my concern whom you do or don't wish to engage in sensual contact with, but as another old queen once said, methinks the lady doth protest too much.
