What happen to our ratings? Both my listings show Negative stars!

I went into my account to check in hope of a possible Covid responder booking and saw a message both my listings needed work. I looked and it showed that both my listings had a negative star.   There was literally no number. Mine is usually 4.7 for the private room  and 4.8 for the full home. Instead both had a "-" and  that I accepted 0% reservations.  I have instant booking, and have not denied a reservation in over 6 months.  Am I the only one?

 

I am assuming this is some type of glitch.  But on top of not hearing when the so-call 25% refund payment is being issued yet and the other things airbnb does without telling us, I am concerned.

It's a glitch. Looks like we're all getting it. Don't worry, you're not going to be penalized in any way.

I just called Airbnb, customer service agent had no clue what I was talking about.  After I had her go through my account to the Opportunities/ Basic requirements she got the issue. Of course it is being escalated to tech. Let's hope it is fixed quickly.  I know it is just a message(and a false one too) but it is one more stress point I do not need.

Even when they're working correctly, the entire point of the "Basic Requirements" and "Superhost" features is to stress you out. Behavior modification tactics are only anxiety triggers in disguise. 

 

Just bear that in mind if you're not able to ignore your dashboard altogether.

It looks like it has been fixed.
