@Steve-and-Cynthia0   In some countries, it's a legal distinction, and the official meaning varies from place to place. But on Airbnb, what guests take it to mean is that the rental includes interim housekeeping service (at least weekly, or daily at most).

It might also include other services such as 24-hour reception (doorperson), pool cleaning, landscaping, or catering, depending on the property type and price point. But the cleaning service is the main thing.
