I don't know if it is happening only to me or there is some bug in the system. But something is wrong with customer support lately. First I get messages that have no way to answer back. Like here.
Then I am getting a support rep who just closes the case without even listening to what I am saying. And then I start to get messages to my guest inbox (which is obviously a bug). Does it happen to you guys too?
@AZ-Housing0 For some stupid reason, support messages appear in the "travelling" inbox, even when you are a host and have never even used Airbnb as a traveler. It has been that way forever.
As for them closing cases that aren't resolved and giving out useless or incorrect information, welcome to Airbnb's customer disservice. It's like that for almost everyone. Shameful customer service.
