What is the commonly used cancellation policy?

Good morning 

We have a property that is rented  steadily on a monthly basis because of the area where the property is located has a monthly trade days festival.  We currently to not have a cancellation policy.  We wanted to see what people use for their cancellation policy and if they find it successful and why you chose that particular policy.

Look at Airbnbs cancellation policies on the Airbnb Help website . You can only use its long term cancellation olicy for those staying 28 days plus . @Chris-And-Debbie1

Yes I understand the long term cancellation.  I was inquiring what is a commonly used cancellation policy used for short term stays.
