What is the meaning of "Includes cancellation flexibility"?

Many listings in the listing summary say "Includes cancellation flexibility" (in US) or "Cancellation flexibility available". But when I look at the same listing's detail page it says the cancellation policy is "Cancel before 4:00 PM on Mar 29 and get a 50% refund, minus the first night and service fee." which seems to be "Moderate" , not "Flexible".

So what does "cancellation flexibility" actually mean? I can't find anything on it in the help.
