Airbnb must have thousands of agents around the world to assist hosts and travelers, so naturally there are going to be a few bad apples in the bunch. What is the recourse for a host (or a guest) who has encountered an agent who doesn't follow policy, is argumentative, won't listen, refuses to let you speak, won't escalate the case to a supervisor, or is just downright rude? Nearly all of my correspondence with Airbnb agents has been positive experiences, but this last one has left me feeling extremely frustrated and completely helpless. What is a person to do in this case??
