Why does smart pricing not fluctuate on calandar?

I am about to go live for the first time in a few hours, and on the pricing calandar, it shows the same rate for months. . ..  through holidays and busy season.  I thought it was supposed to adjust?  is it just because I am not live yet?

I don't want 10 booking at discounted prices becasue this thing wasn't working properly as we are about to head into the popular season.

@Ben4536 If I were you I would switch smart pricing off. To give an example last night it suggested a price of 120 per night, this morning 70! Until a host can enter a different base price for high/low seasons and for weekdays vs weekends we will not use smart pricing.
