Hello - I have been Airbnb host for years, with a listing in Warsaw, Poland. I signed up with airbnb.org as soon as the Russians invaded Ukraine, I just got "welcome to airbnb.org" email today, more than a month later. I cannot identify any controls I may have set up while signing, I do not remember if I signed up to host for free or at a discount. Where can I find this information, please?

Between a delay in response and the lack of transparency, I have little faith in this organization's efficiency. In the past month I hosted two Ukrainian refugee families. I sent them special offers with significant discounts, but Airbnb did not wave their fees.

You need to login at Airbnb.org, then you will see the listing you signed up with and the details about price (discounted or for free).
