Client 2 day stay 17th April post virus cut off. Offered postponement as staying for event. Now wants to cancel, I have strict policy but could offer $200 {$500 plus paid) cant do it as client not paid final payment via airbnb. Help and we have good communication
Airbnb is very likely to extend the cutoff date, so they will ultimately refund the guest in full anyway. Best just advise the guest to wait for the next policy update, rather than waste time negotiating.
