declining a request

I am new to this but I declined a request because our association has a strict policy of no one under 25 can rent.  I emailed the mother that I couldn't do it but then tried to fill out the "tell the guest why you are declining" and "tell ABB why you are declining" and hit decline and it tells me I have to tell the guest why I am declining.....what am I doing wrong?

Declining because of age can be considered by Airbnb as discrimination

Unless it is a legal requirement in your area and that you are complying with local law.

Which reason did you choose for declining ?

If you already explained to the guest why you can not accept, then just mention in the decline form at tell the guest:  request declined, see previous message (minimum text must be 30 characters)
