Hello, I am a new host at airbnb community and I did not check the dates of reservation of my guest, meaning that the guest is already staying at the apartment from 23 till 25 March but on the airbnb platform the reserved dates are from 23 till 25 April.
@Muraz2 you could try a change request but it might be too late. If this doesn't work then change it to 25-27 March. The risks that the guest will cancel his stay for the April dates and, depending on your cancellation policy you will not get paid.
