guest make complaint and get refunded , host has no right to see proof of complaint????

  So I had a guest complain about the place being dirty and roach infested, she was refunded the cleaning fee and given a 30%discount ,   when I asked to see the proof , I was told by air b n b I did not have the right to see the proof?      this sounds like complete BS to me    , I want to see were this is published on the website because I dont believe that is the policy.

@Ciro85 If the property was clean and roach free then take Airbnb to the small claims court for your money. They should not be able to claim privacy concerns as the alleged issue is with your property!
