hello good morning my current guest did the booking, to 28 days, nevertheless, they want to cancel, because the Costa Rica border is open at this moment, and his families are over there. They had a discount for a large stay, My question is they do have any penalty?

I do not fully understand the question. If the guest wants to cancel the reservation, then the cancelation policy attached willl calculate the refund (if any). If it is a "long term stay" (28 nights or more), then there is no refund for the first 30 nights, according to the long term stay cancellation policy.
