I googled Airbnb guests and found the link to this website but it appears it is all about hosts. Am I in the right spot or is there another site I should go to? Thanks.

I good source is Airbnb Help. Type in some keywords in the search field. Or use searchbox in this community.

@Bruce584  It's just that there are a number of hosts who use the forum to discuss issues we all deal with re hosting, and guests tend only to post when they run into a problem, so there are more hosts here than guests. But guests certainly post, and as hosts are more familiar with the ins and outs of the platform and Airbnb policies, might be able to point you in the right direction or give better explanations than other guests. 

And many hosts here also use Airbnb as guests, so are familiar with both ends of it.
