help! A guest c canceled and I am getting punished

I guess just canceled her reservation and it's showing an Airbnb that I did it. All I did was except her request to cancel and now I'm being blocked. What to do?

Yes, you did ! And now you are penalised by blocked dates and even more....

You should not have accepted this and tell the guest to cancel herself.

It's a pitfall which is warned for multiple times in this community.

Airbnb should remove this option !

If a (predatory) host does not want to cancel if asked, then such host also does not accept a request for cancellation. And what about (predatory) guests who get full refund with this option when maybe not entitled to ?
