host club starting in the Berkshires

Just switched today from using Evolve.com as my management company for the past two years to doing it alone so wanted to talk with fellow AirBnB hosts in the Berkshires. I'm in Pittsfield. This page tells me there is no club in my area. Anyone out there interested in starting one with me?

@Carolyn916 I live in eastern MA and  self manage my properties located in Florida and Mexico.  I am happy to help you with your journey of going it alone.  I have always self managed. I have 6 soon to be 8 short terms in Dunedin and Clearwater Beach Florida and one in Mexico.  

Please send me a message and we can set up a time to talk.  It's not hard to, do at all,  once you have the right systems in place.

Thanks @Karen114 ! Would really appreciate your experience! Do you own the properties or are you paid to manage? And is it possible to talk together separately from this community?

One question I still have unanswered is how to coordinate the calendars of three separate rooms in the same house.

@Carolyn916  Yes I own all the properties and self manage.  It sounds like you may be suited for a channel manager.  I use OwnerRez and it makes calendar syncing very easy.  You also get a lot of automation with it.  Feel free to email me **.

Hi @Carolyn916  - I live in East Longmeadow just outside of Springfield however I host on Cape Cod and am self-managing. My in-laws live in Great Barrington though so I'm familiar with the Berkshires. I'd be happy to connect with you - I am not aware of any community group in western Mass.

Hello- I live in CT and self-manage a property in NY, but I am currently looking at properties in the Berkshires as it's much closer to me and I would prefer that area, so I am interested in connecting with other hosts in that area. I am not sure if a Berkshires group ever got formed, but I would interested in joining or connecting!
