how can I chat to a airbnb manager?

airbnb customer service despite proving the falsity of a review does not intend to remove it. who can I talk to about this?

It is almost impossible to chat to a manager. You need to discuss the issue with Airbnb CS.

I read the review, IMO it is not violating Airbnb's content policy.

I also read your comment (BTW why did you copy the total review into the comment ? ), it is your side of the story regarding the issues.

It is up to future guests to interprete the review and the comment.

BTW

The guest itself will not be pleased about the review you left for him/her,  at least other hosts are warned.
