It is almost impossible to chat to a manager. You need to discuss the issue with Airbnb CS.
I read the review, IMO it is not violating Airbnb's content policy.
I also read your comment (BTW why did you copy the total review into the comment ? ), it is your side of the story regarding the issues.
It is up to future guests to interprete the review and the comment.
BTW
The guest itself will not be pleased about the review you left for him/her, at least other hosts are warned.
