look for co-host in melbourne east side

Hi, 

I have a house in Glen Iris listed on airbnb almost a year. As I am often overseas and my current co-host lives far away,  the house has some management and communication issues.  

I am looking for an experienced superhost who ideally has managed houses at east side such as camberwell,  malvern,  burwood,  howthorn  and surrey hill etc.

Any references,  recommendations and suggestions are welcome and much appreciated.
