looking for a co-host in Milan

Ciao,

I opened my apartment in via Tonale on airbnb, but I am away from Milan in the summer months and I need a co-host to follow up on things (cleaning I have, but if the co-host prefers he/she can do that too), as I have many reservations and dealing with them remotely is a bit complicated. 

The position can easily continue for longer if the co-host is available, as I am most often away from Milan.
I have a person in a bar near the flat helping with key delivery, I have a key safe box possibly to use, but I still think it would be better to have a person locally managing all the situation.

Anyone available? 
The co-host can message with guests and coordinate entrance and cleaning/laundry with the maid (or do it directly, even better/easier), solve potential issues (miising toilet paper, little breakages or so) and manage the registrations of guests and other bureaucratic things.
