I clearly state in my Property introduction that I charge an additional fee per guest, but the guest did not read this and left the booking as 1. This was within my non refundable window... I found out, on the same day that the guest knew there were six people coming but did not bother to change the number of guests.

 

Airbnb just shrugged their shoulders and basically left it up to me... Has anyone experienced such? How do you prevent the negligent or even fraudulent booking of your property from people that book for 1 but plan to sneak in more people... than booked?
