when an accommodation is booked and is known to be non-refundable ,
are hosts requested for some "indulgence" when covid is the cause?
I was in hospital, from a side effect from covid: emboli
I cancelled 4d prior the date.
I informed owner asap.
I asked him to postpone or refund at least half. No answer.
Strictly seen, it is his right. Although , during pandemic, we are prone to instant diseases .
Loosing more than 800eur hurts anyone I guess.
Can nothing be done?
