refund

I made a reservation this morning. Later today I saw that the host only had 1 review dated back to 2019. He has a no refund policy in place ($10 refund for a service). I requested a refund because the host did not respond to my written messages on Air BnB and the phone number didn't work on whatsapp. I am in another country and can't call directly.

Can anybody suggest how I can get a full refund?

A refund (if any) is calculated by the cancellation policy attached (there is always one attached). If you start the cancel process, it will first show you what to expect.

If host is not responding and/or you feel uncomfortable with the host, you can ask Airbnb to cancel (but must be serious complaints and along with evidence)
