@Colleen418 The only thing you can do is block the person. Unfortunately, Airbnb naturally makes this difficult to do. You must first report them, then you’re given the option to block. I’ve had to do this, and in the explanation field, I just indicate I only wish to block the person from contacting me, and also ask Airbnb to provide a better way to do that, while I’m at it.
But if the person left negative feedback, then it’s not worth the bother, as they won’t likely book again anyway.
