hello,
I'm unable to load a picture directly into the application. This is annoying because Airbnb is requiring me verify my ID by doing so. When I try to open the camera into the application via the link airbnb sent me to do so, the application open and my iphone screen simply turns black. It is the application, as I can swipe up to close it and my iphone works just fine. I have allowed Airbnb to access my camera in the phone's settings.
Also I cannot get to the page wherein AIrbnb prompts my computer to turn on the camera to do this via laptop.. though I went to the phone because when it first got to the page it could not access my laptop's computer.. as such I choose the option to verify via my phone application. Now that this has also failed, and I cannot go back to try the other way because the website simply doesn't prompt me to and I have no way to open the page as the link to it in my internet history simply redirects to the basic airbnb home page, I have not idea how to make this work. Any suggestions?
Uber is making me wait 24 hours... and I don't want to lose my booking.
