Coupon Refund

Dear Air bnb 
I have encountered a problem with my host in malta with reservation EPMZQX and you have canceled for me the reservation and refund me what i paid but the problem is that i had a coupon of 85 euro and when i reserve i used it and when you refund me , i do not have it any more in my travel credit despite i did not use it as the reservation is cancelled due to cleaning Issues
so kindly i need to add the 85 euro again to my travel credit please
