Hello Everybody,
I rent out my apartment in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
On Dec 30th, 2018 I checked in my guests, usually payment would have been made on Dec 31st, but I have been waiting for payout for 10 days now and still no funds have been received.
I left numerous messages, called the helpdesk 4 times (once every day for the last 4 days), but no news or solution whatsoever.
In one of the calls one of the agents told me AirBNB switched payment platforms and therefor they got behind on their payouts, but that was (supposedly) resolved Jan 3rd, 2019 (now 1 week ago).
Any of you guys in the Netherlands experience the same? And if you have in the past, did you ever find out what the issue was?
