Dear Airbnb,
I have cancelled a booking with a host in Kasane, Botswana, since the info on their profile is not correct. They wanted to charge me additional per person on the spot and didn't respond to my email regarding this.
Now, I want to make a booking with another host in Kasane and I was wondering if I am entitled to a full refund because of this wrong behavior of the host. Furthermore, I used a voucher for a discount on the first booking. Can I use the discount again now on the new booking? I hope I did not lose that option. It seems I lost the service fee plus the discount coupon but I don't think that's fair...
