2 listings but need the money routed to two seperate accounts

I have two seperate listings how do i route the money to where the money goes into the right account for each listing

I may be wrong on this one, but this is what I have learnt, so far!

Airbnb sees a host with one or more listings, and assumes that all the payouts should be directed to the one bank account that the host has provided Airbnb with. 

A host can manually transfer the income of one of the listings to any other bank account of his choice. 

It would be a great added functionality if we had the possibility of assigning the payouts for specific listings to specific bank accounts.
